Overview of the DNA IT Support Model

The DNA IT Solutions team of dedicated, experienced and skilled engineers work from our Network Operations Centre in Maynooth. From here they have full access to all our customers’ systems and can see their sites both nationally and internationally from one core centre.

By utilising the best-in-breed technologies (which means we only use the best technologies for each challenge rather than relying on bundled packages from just one or two suppliers), proactive management and monitoring solutions coupled with the best support personnel we are extremely proficient in helping our customers manage their IT element of their business.

IT Support Model

Operating as an outsourced helpdesk we aim to help our clients to drive down the cost of supporting their IT infrastructure. We can function as a backup to your own IT department or as a complete arm of your business, depending on your overall requirement.
